Graduate Programme
The OMS Group Graduate Programme is designed for graduates and early-career professionals ready to begin their careers in the digital infrastructure and subsea industry.
Over 24 months, participants gain hands-on experience through three assignments across our Technical, Commercial and Corporate Function hubs, building practical knowledge while gaining exposure to different areas of the business.
Internships
The OMS Group Internship Programme offers students the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the subsea, marine and digital infrastructure industry while working alongside experienced professionals.
Through real assignments, mentoring and collaboration with our teams, interns can develop practical skills, broaden their industry knowledge and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.
