OMS Group Signs US$292.5M Facilities Agreement

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 20 June, 2024 – OMS Group is pleased to announce the signing of a syndicated facilities valued at US$292.5M (“facilities”) with a consortium of financial institutions comprising HSBC, Affin Bank Berhad, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, BDO Capital & Investment Corporation, E-Sun Commercial Bank Ltd. and SinoPac Co. Ltd, with KKR Capital Markets facilitating this exercise.
